M, <br />L <br />\..1 <br />Attachment B1 <br />Scope of Mitigation Activities Required to be Completed by MnDOT <br />Pine River Exterior Restoration Plan Development <br />1. Develop a complete set of construction plans for activities required to complete <br />the exterior restoration of the depot structure. These plans shall include the <br />following: <br />a. Repair of trim, siding, soffits, doors, and windows <br />b. Painting on all exterior surfaces <br />c. Reconstruction of the depot's historic canopy <br />d. Installation of a wood shingle roof <br />e. Construction of replica historic brick chimneys <br />2. Present a full set of exterior restoration plans to the new owner in order that <br />these activities can be completed at a later date. No time limit will be assigned <br />for the completion of the exterior restoration activities. <br />
