�- Attachment Al <br />Scope of Mitigation Activities Required to be Completed by MnDOT <br />Relocation of the Pine River Depot <br />1. Complete an assessment of the existing site to determine the location of <br />structural elements related the depot's historic canopy. <br />2. Develop a complete set of construction plans and specifications for activities <br />required to complete the relocation of the depot structure. These plans shall <br />include the following: <br />a. <br />Necessary work to stabilize the existing structure for relocation <br />b. <br />Earth and concrete removal for joist installation <br />c. <br />Construction of a new building foundation <br />d. <br />Actual relocation of the structure to the new site <br />e. <br />As necessary, repair or replace roofing with asphalt shingles <br />f. <br />Installation of temporary power to the structure at its new location <br />�.. g. <br />Salvage all original platform pavers and reset them at new site <br />h. <br />Provide new platform curbing around its perimeter <br />L <br />Relocation of existing picnic shelter <br />j. <br />Replacement of asphalt walkways disturbed by construction <br />3. Utilize the plans and specifications to execute a construction project that <br />successfully relocates the Pine River Depot to the site identified in Attachment <br />C1. <br />`, <br />
