Office Assistant <br />Activity Report <br />May, 2009 <br />Copied & stuffed 400 letters to utility customers notifying them of ordinance changes <br />regarding Landlords with tenants. <br />Made changes to utility accounts to correspond to ordinance changes regarding landlords <br />with tenants: deleted duplicate billing fee, changed billing name from tenant to landlord, <br />removed Co- signer from accounts. <br />Created & printed disconnect door tags for water department. <br />Finished creating new labels for Sandy's files <br />MEETINGS <br />2009 GOALS <br />Learn Cemetery software <br />Research parcels connected to water /sewer that are not in our billing system. <br />C /activity report <br />
