Roll Call <br />Mark Hallan, Tom Woog, Tom Adams, Dean Williams, Bill Habein <br />Charles Marohn <br />3. Public Hearings <br />a. Conditional Use Application for a Commercial Planned Unit Development <br />Pequot LLC, applicant <br />Application 09-3o6g <br />Marohn reviews the staff report. <br />Bryan Drown, Landecker and Associates, indicates that he has no additional comments. <br />1�., Woog asks for public comments. None received. Closes public comment. <br />Discussion amongst the Planning Commission regarding association documents and <br />declarations. <br />Williams brings up signage. Asks how the rights to signage would be allocated. <br />Hallan asks about the easement that runs along the access in the northwest corner of the lot. <br />Marohn indicates that he does not know what this is for. <br />Woog asks if the city's interests are protected in terms of signage. <br />Marohn indicates that the association would need to apply for any signage. Having the <br />association address that ahead of time as part of their association documents may be a prudent <br />thing. <br />Williams also states that we should have the association decide how to handle interior walls. It <br />is unclear how this is handled. <br />Motion to approve made by Commission Adams, seconded by Hallan, based on the <br />following findings of fact: <br />i. The subject property is zoned Light Industrial and is currently used for <br />commercial purposes. <br />
