I have two addresses as shown above. The <br />address of 31061 Front street is approximately 30 X 71 on the main level <br />approx of which 1500 sq ft is office space for lease currently available. <br />The rest of the main level and the upstairs is a 4 BDR apartment currently <br />occupied. <br />31055 Front St is one level and approx 25 X 91. This space is occupied by a <br />consignment store What's the Big Deal? Consignment/Thrift since July 2008. <br />`-- The classification has been wrong for quite some time because as far as I <br />can remember the apartment has been there and occupied long before I <br />purchased the building. <br />Please review the valuation of the building as well. I purchased this <br />building in July 2001 for $145,000. With the current real estate values <br />dropping because of the economic times and the uncertainty of the highway <br />plans I think this deserves some consideration. I have not been able to <br />lease out the office space or find it feasible to sell the property at this <br />time. I have had the office space for lease since June of 2008 advertised <br />online, in print and signage on the building with very few calls or leads. <br />Thank you for your consideration, <br />Brad S.
