One of the <br /> main concerns that often come up is the desire of local towns and cities to use <br /> local contractors. Of course, this makes perfect sense and Splash Zone agrees that <br /> local municipalities should do what is in the best interest for their community. <br /> We believe that by using Splash Zone, your community will receive the local impact <br /> de- sired for these reasons: <br /> 1. Splash zone generally offers more splash pad for less money. Our unique <br /> approach to specializing in splash pad installations allows us to be extremely <br /> efficient at what we do! Our bulk supplier purchasing allows us to be financially <br /> competitive saving the residents tax dollars and providing them with a product that <br /> they can truly enjoy. <br /> 2. Splash Zone uses local suppliers for plumbing supplies, materials, and concrete for <br /> each project in the local community. We work with local suppliers for all of our <br /> plumbing sup- plies, fittings and other project material during the course of <br /> construction and always or- der concrete from a local plant. We also rent <br /> equipment such as tractors and jackhammers within the local community if <br /> available. <br /> 3. Splash Zone uses local contractors for forming and finish work on the splash pad <br /> surface. <br /> 4. During the course of construction, Splash Zone requires the use of local lodging <br /> and dining establishments for the entire crew. This additional expense to Splash <br /> Zone goes directly back into the community and is included as part of logistics in <br /> each of our bids. <br /> 5.
