The team members assigned to this project and their responsibilities are as <br /> follows: <br /> Project Manager- Jake Wirthlin <br /> The project manager is responsible for the overall management of the team <br /> members. This includes making sure deadlines are met, product procurement <br /> is complete and on schedule and the project is meeting or exceeding <br /> benchmarks and deadlines. Additional responsibilities include the approval of <br /> all project bids and client interaction and communication. All <br /> communication should be directed through the Project Manager and he will <br /> be the main point of contact throughout the construction process. <br /> Project Superintendent-Corbyn Farrell <br /> The project superintendent is responsible for the daily project tasks. He reports <br /> directly to the Project Manager. The Superintendent is on site daily and <br /> oversees the construction practices of our employees and subcontractors. <br /> The project superintendent is required to keep a detailed daily log of events, <br /> which is reviewed daily at 4:30pm in our management meeting. All <br /> communication with the client and the superintendent is reported daily at <br /> the management meeting to avoid communication problems and ensure <br /> that all communication is relayed to the Project Manager. <br /> Project Coordinator-Jennifer Heflin <br /> The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the project super- <br /> intendant and manager have all the resources required to successfully <br /> complete their jobs. Once a contract is executed, the Project Coordinator <br /> begins the process of procuring the product req�ired for the project.
