\.. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Mary Peterson, to approve the March <br />Minutes as presented. All members voted "aye ". Motion carried. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />Bittner pointed out the three permits issued and the six letters written. Mr. Woog <br />appreciated having the City Council Minute excerpts included. <br />The following Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions were discussed: <br />1. Stacy Simons — Staff will monitor construction of fence. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Mr. Woog passed out and explained the Funding Brochure, as well as where the funding <br />process is at. <br />A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Bill Mein. to adjourn the meeting. <br />All members voted "aye ". Motion carried.
