The fees <br />collected for those permits were $550.00. <br />The Zoning Office received one request for a Metes and Bounds <br />Subdivision, one Conditional Use Permit and one Preliminary Plat. These <br />applications along with all necessary supporting documents were forwarded <br />to the City Planner to be included on our May Planning Commission <br />Agenda. The fees collected were $1,350.00. <br />1-1.'" Subservice Sewage Treatment Systems (SSTS) Permits: <br />There have been no Designs received for SSTS Permits in April. <br />Meetings Attended: <br />✓ April 3 — Helped Jeanyne get water bills ready to mail <br />✓ April 7 — Highway 371 meeting — 9:00 a.m. <br />✓ April 7 — City Council meeting — 6:30 p.m. <br />✓ April 14 — Monthly Budget meeting — 9:45 a.m. <br />✓ April 14 — Council Work Session Highway 371 — 6:00 p.m. <br />✓ April 16 — Planning Commission meeting — 6:30 p.m. <br />✓ April 21 — EDC meeting — 8:00 a.m. <br />✓ April 22 — SSTS Ordinance meeting — 8:00 a.m. <br />Notes: <br />■ I was on vacation April 17 and 20. <br />Completed April 29, 2009 <br />
