Mr. Gorr stated <br /> there was already a sign in place at the facility. <br /> Council Member Swanson inquired about how the fire hydrants <br /> are being cleaned. Mr. Gorr stated that the Public Works <br /> department is cleaning up as much as possible and there are a <br /> few residents that are cleaning the hydrants. <br /> F. Administration <br /> Nancy Malecha presented the project priorities for Administration <br /> Department: <br /> • Upgrade audio and visual technology in the Council <br /> Chambers <br /> • Update vehicle fleet policies <br /> • Create franchise ordinances for utility companies <br /> • Facilitate three elections <br /> • Create a Facebook page for the City <br /> • IT upgrades— backup system, server <br /> • Complete City website upgrade <br /> • Work with the EDC, Planning Commission, and <br /> HRA on workforce housing plan <br /> • Participate in the MN GreenStep Cities Program <br /> • Facilitate potential upgrades to the Cole Memorial <br /> Building <br /> Nancy Malecha also presented future project priorities for City: <br /> • Bathroom in Trailside Park—2021 <br />
