Operations and Maintenance: • The MN Department of Health Monthly Fluoridation Report was completed and submitted. • The Oasis Bldg. (JM Oil Co.) had a frozen water line service on the 2 "d • I attended the MRWA Conference March 3`d -5th in St. Cloud. • Earl Hemmerich had a broken water line at Pequot Terrace on the 5th • Frozen waterline service at 3884 West Grove Street on the 10th. • Mike and I have been updating Vulnerability Assessment and Emergency Response Plan. • Closed fire hydrant at Trailside Estates on the 13th. • Kurt installed a water meter on the line at City Hall for the sprinkler system on the 18th • Delivered 19 delinquent water -bill notices on the 19th. • Kurt and I attended a Gopher State One Call Class in Brainerd on the 26th. • Attended MMUA Safety Meeting in Breezy Point on the 30th. Also installed a second meter for TruGreen Lawncare Company. • We had recommended to several customers who were having problems with their service lines freezing, to run water to avoid future freeze -ups.
