The adjacent land uses are four commercial buildings,three <br /> dwellings/buildings owned by the church,two single family dwellings and a vacant lot. <br /> The first block of South Washington Street south of Main Street contains commercial businesses along <br /> the east side of the street and 2/3 of the block on the west side of the street. There are no sidewalks on <br /> either side of the street. On-street parking is provided on the east side of the street. <br />
