M <br />the application is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission. Additional <br />DRT meetings shall occur following each Planning Commission meeting where the <br />application is not forwarded to the City Council for action. If, in the opinion of the <br />DRT Coordinator, the Chair of the Planning Commission and the applicant, a DRT <br />meeting between Planning Commission meetings is not necessary, the DRT <br />Coordinator can forgo scheduling a DRT meeting. <br />8. DRT Reporting. It shall be the responsibility of the DRT Coordinator to forward <br />the meeting minutes of DRT meetings to the Planning Commission and to report to <br />the Planning Commission on any substantive feedback from the DRT. <br />9. Public Involvement in DRT. DRT meetings shall be open to the public and the <br />public may attend and observe the DRT. The DRT shall not take public comment <br />or involve the public in the DRT proceedings, but may consider anything a member <br />of the public may submit in advance of the meeting. The DRT shall refrain from <br />taking any action that would undermine the public's ability to offer substantive <br />comment on the application to the Planning Commission and City Council. <br />10. DRT Expenses. The DRT process shall be considered part of the preliminary plat <br />process.
