We were not able to locate the source,but <br /> narrowed it down to an area within a couple blocks of the intersection of West Sibley <br /> and Pine Streets. Products like fuel,paint, cleaning supplies, etc can be harmful to both <br /> the City's collection system and treatment facility and should not be put in the sewer. <br />
