Amendment: Chapter 17, Article 5.15, Land Use Matrix, shall be amended as follows: <br /> Shoreline Conservation Subdivision would be listed as an Allowable Use in the <br /> R and SC and as an excluded use in all other zones. <br /> Conventional Subdivision would be listed as a Conditional Use in the SR. <br /> Planned Unit Development, Commercial and Planned Unit Development, <br /> Residential would be removed from the matrix. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 17, Article 8.2, Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.), shall be <br /> amended as follows: <br /> Section 17-8.2 CONSERVATION SUBDIVISION AND PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENTS. <br /> 1. General. <br /> A. Conservation Subdivision and Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> requires the assistance of professional planning and usually <br /> involves the approval of multiple agencies or other governmental <br /> bodies. Where circumstances are favorable, Conservation <br /> Subdivision and PUD's provide more latitude in land use than <br /> normal development to allow for planning, clustering facilities, <br /> consolidating green spaces and internal recreation amenities. <br /> 'A%ile densities higher than nermal are eften allewed, they ffitist <br /> inereased sereening and landseapiRg, iRereasedreereatieRal <br /> IJV111.111.1U1 LV the residetits, neighbers and the general publie. <br /> B. Mixed use PUD where appropriate, may be allowed provided the <br /> use not normally allowed in the zoning district does not exceed <br /> 35%of the building floor area. <br /> C. Provisions of each zoning district shall govern within that district <br /> except where specifically addressed in this section. <br /> 2. Suitability. The City must consider the following criteria in the <br /> examination of a parcel for suitability as a PUD: <br /> A. Existing recreational use of the surface waters and likely increases <br /> in use associated with planned unit developments; <br /> �- B. Physical and aesthetic impacts of increased density; <br />
