He explained that if the City wants to accept the <br /> property it could ask the developer to deed the property to the City before <br /> it becomes tax forfeit. <br /> JAMIE DENHARTOG MOVED TO RECOMMEND THAT THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL REQUEST THE DEVELOPER TO DEED THE OUTLOT <br /> LOCATED IN THE BRANCHES PLAT TO THE CITY. EVERETT <br /> JOHNSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 9. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COMMISSIONER JURCHEN MOVED <br /> TO ADJOURN THE MEETING.
