Election signs are <br /> specifically regulated by Minnesota statutes section 2��B.o45• <br /> MEDICAL FACILITY: Shall mean a structure where the primary use is providing <br /> short-term medical care in either an out-patient or in-patient facility. A nursing <br /> home or long-term care facility shall not be considered a medical facility. <br /> CLINIC, MEDICAL: A building designed and used for the diagnosis and <br /> treatment of human patients that does not include overnight care facilities. <br /> MEDICAL CLINIC: A structure intended for providing medical examinations <br /> and service available to the public.
