ABSENT: None. <br /> CITY PLANNER: Justin Burslie, Sourcewell <br /> ZONING SPECIALIST: Dawn Bittner <br /> COUNCIL LIAISON: Cheri Seils <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chair Hallan at 6:0o PM. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS: None. <br /> ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA: None. <br /> OPEN FORUM: None. <br /> NEW BUINSESS: <br /> a. Dwelling in Transit — Steven L. Melby <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report. Applicant was not present. <br /> Mr. Burslie noted that 2 of the criteria that needs to be met are certification that the <br /> electrical wiring and the plumbing meet state codes. The only way for that to be <br /> properly inspected is when the walls are open and those inspections would have taken <br /> place when it was new. <br /> When asked about the foundation, Bittner stated it would be a new block basement. <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Wilson, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Birch, to approve the Land Use Permit <br /> MINUTES 1 <br /> Pequot Lakes Planning Commission <br /> August i5, 2oi9 <br />
