They are <br /> sending you no recommendations. The draft Minutes for that meeting are attached. <br /> As the Planning Commission developed the architectural, landscape and zoning <br /> standards, the development south of Derksen Road has been referred to as the Heart of <br /> the Good Life Development (HOTGL). The Planning Commission is asking for <br /> suggestions for a name for this area. We currently have Commercial, Light Industrial, <br /> and Downtown Mixed Use zones for our business areas. Normal "planner language" <br /> would use B-i, B-2, etc. but the Planning Commission is hoping for something more <br /> creative.
