Future Extensions? <br /> Proactive Masterplan for water system improvements -have this in place before <br /> development pressures dictate improvements. <br /> Will certain development densities trigger the need for watermain extensions? <br /> What will be the guidelines for watermain extensions? <br /> D. For watermain extensions or replacements,the MN Department of Health(MDH) <br /> requires construction drawings and specifications signed by a licensed <br /> professional engineer. <br /> E. Assessment Policy (new and pro-rated on age of replacements). <br /> F.
