He noted that he MnDOT is working on environmental documents; the layout <br /> has been done to the level for internal approval and will officially be sent for approval. <br /> He noted that municipal consent is close for Nisswa and Pequot Lakes. He gave a brief <br /> update on Pine River's portion of the project and noted that they are moving forward with <br /> requirements of EIS. He noted that funding is still out to 2018 for beginning in Nisswa. <br /> Tim noted that this is still the number three project in the district. The current price tag <br /> for the entire project is $100,000,000 (from Nisswa to Pine River including right-of- <br /> way). <br /> Melissa Samuelson—Congressman Oberstar's Representative, updated everyone on the <br /> proposed stimulus bill. She noted that the money is not for new projects, but will focus on <br /> infrastructure projects that are ready to go in 90 to 120 days. She also stated that she will <br /> begin working on soliciting projects for the next transportation bill in Feb or Mar 2009. <br /> She noted that the Congressman would like the transportation bill to be 4-5 billion <br /> dollars. She also noted that he is looking for municipal consent from Pequot Lakes. <br />
