City Council Minutes <br /> January 6, 2009 <br /> Page 9 of 9 <br /> Mike Rude reviewed the proposal for engineering services for the South <br /> Oak Street Project. He indicated that the School District has discussed <br /> moving the project forward; however, they would like to see more <br /> drawings and profiles for the proposed pond area. Mike Loven questioned <br /> the cost to the City to prepare these drawings. Mike Rude noted that Tim <br /> Houle will continue to have conversations with the School regarding the <br /> project. <br /> Mike Loven suggested moving forward with Tasks 1 and 2 of the <br /> Engineering Services Proposal for South Oak Improvements. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO ACCEPT TASKS 1 AND 2 OF <br /> THE PROPOSAL FOR SOUTH OAK STREET AND EXCLUDING PART <br /> 3, USING 2008 RATES. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 12.3. Infrastructure Workshop <br /> Mike Rude reviewed the information provided regarding a work shop with <br /> the Council on infrastructure planning. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL <br /> MEETING OF THE COUNCIL FOR JANUARY 13, 2009 AT 6:00 P.M. <br /> FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING AN INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING <br /> WORK SHOP. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 13. Other Business <br /> There was no other business. <br /> 14. Adiournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED <br /> TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION.
