For example, the monthly fee of the City in the amount of$875 pays for <br /> approximately five hours of attorney time, even at Mr. Mallie's rate. To ease the <br /> transition of everyone involved, and if it is the wish of the Council, we are willing to <br /> assume Mr. Mallie's contract for the duration of 2019.
