In order <br /> to fulfill his duties in his new role, he will be closing his practice. <br /> Effective June 1, 2019, attorneys Mark Severson and Kurt Porter of Severson <br /> Porter Law, have agreed to take over the existing Prosecution Agreement between <br /> the City of Pequot Lakes and Mallie Law Office at no cost increase. This law firm <br /> name change will be an amendment to the current Prosecution Agreement. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion approving the law firm name change <br /> amendment to the 2019 Prosecution Agreement between the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> and Severson Porter Law. <br />
