The subject property is located along Little Walnut Lane and is i2.4 acres. <br /> 2. The subject property is zoned"Rural Residential" and is located within the <br /> "Residential-Golf Course Community Overlay District". <br /> 3. The request is for a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development and <br /> approval of the corresponding Preliminary Plat of"The Range". <br /> 4. The proposed development consists of i5 single-family residential building sites <br /> and one commonly owned lot to be utilized as "greenspace". <br /> On the Conditional Use Permit (Planned Unit Development): <br /> 5. The proposed Planned Unit Development is an appropriate use in the "Rural <br /> Residential"zone. Access: The PUD has direct access to Little Walnut Lane, a private road. <br /> Preserve Blvd. was built to highway standards and provides access to the Preserve <br /> Golf Course.
