OR <br />City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes— <br />AGENDA ITEM #10.4 <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Date: December 7, 2010 <br />Subject: Consider Personnel Proposal from Council <br />Member Ryan <br />Report: OK here is the proposal for Water /Wastewater Departments: <br />Tina would return to the position of Water /Wastewater Supervisor effective January 1, <br />2011. <br />Tina will receive one step advancement to assume the additional responsibilities. <br />Tina would be on probation for the full cycle (one year) and an evaluation will be done a <br />year from now to determine if she should continue in this capacity. <br />Mike's pay would be reduced by the $2.03 per hour (what he was originally given to <br />manage the water & wastewater departments) effective January 1, 2011. <br />Lance and Kurt's 2011 wages will continue to be allocated as they currently are (I think <br />this is 5% for each water & wastewater). <br />Mike's 2011 wages would be allocated at the same percentage and the same way as <br />Lance and Kurt. <br />Tina would be required to maintain her licenses (at the minimum the state permits <br />require). <br />Tina will be required to attend Council meetings like all other department heads. <br />
