Animal Husbandry including dogs and cats is <br />not appropriate in the Land Use Ordinance. He explained the City Clerks changes to <br />Chapter 9 and that the Planning Commission will deal with boarding facilities. Animal <br />Husbandry will deal with farm animals as originally intended. <br />Public Comment: None. <br />A motion was made by Mark Hallan, seconded by Cheri Seils, to recommend the City <br />Council approve the Ordinance Amendment. Crow Wing County Land Use Update <br />OPEN FORUM: None. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />a. Wilderness Resort Villas <br />Mr. Marohn explained that Wilderness Resort is not ready for Final Plat approval, but the <br />grading plans, vegetation plan and storm water issues were to come back here. They are <br />looking for feedback. <br />Jeff Miller, WSN, represented Wilderness Resort Villas. He handed out the vegetative <br />management plan as well as the utility plan indicating the dry hydrant location per the <br />Fire Chief's request. The other plans are included in the packets. The utility plan is being <br />finalized. Final detail on the treatment plant has not been completed yet. He is <br />anticipating a submittal to the PCA next week for that.
