February 25,Zo�s WIDSETH <br /> Proposal for Traffic Study SMITH <br /> City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Page 4 NOLTING <br /> Schedule <br /> ■ Our preliminary schedule is as follows: <br /> ■ Collect Tuming Movement Counts via video as noted above beiween May 13 and May 24 <br /> ■ Deliver Existing Conditions Memorandum by June 7th <br /> ■ Hold Meeting #1 with the City during the week of June 17th <br /> ■ Deliver Draft Report and Recommendations by July 24th <br /> ■ Hold Meeting #2 with the City during the week of August 5th <br /> ■ Issue the Final Report by August 30th <br /> The final schedule and delivery of reports will depend on when our meetings can be held and <br /> the extent of comments from the City. Delivery dates will be finalized with the City as we <br /> proceed through the Study. <br /> Fee <br /> We propose to perform the above tasks on an hourly basis, in accordance with the attached fee <br /> schedule, for a lump sum fee of$27,475. <br /> Services that need to be performed in addition to the tasks listed above will first be reviewed for <br /> scope and effort with the Cit�r staff, Council liaison, or Council and charged in accordance with <br /> our 2019 fee schedule. <br /> We plan on being at your March 5th City Council meeting to discuss this proposal and, if <br /> needed, adjust it so we can provide you the responsive, economical, useful, and efficient <br /> service. <br /> If you are in agreement with this proposal, please sign and retum one copy of this letter for our <br /> records.We appreciate the opportunity serve the City. <br /> Widseth Smith Nolting <br /> � <br /> o �� � <br /> /� , <br /> Timothy M.
