February 25,Zo�s WIDSETH Proposal for Traffic Study SMITH City of Pequot Lakes Page 4 NOLTING Schedule ■ Our preliminary schedule is as follows: ■ Collect Tuming Movement Counts via video as noted above beiween May 13 and May 24 ■ Deliver Existing Conditions Memorandum by June 7th ■ Hold Meeting #1 with the City during the week of June 17th ■ Deliver Draft Report and Recommendations by July 24th ■ Hold Meeting #2 with the City during the week of August 5th ■ Issue the Final Report by August 30th The final schedule and delivery of reports will depend on when our meetings can be held and the extent of comments from the City. Delivery dates will be finalized with the City as we proceed through the Study. Fee We propose to perform the above tasks on an hourly basis, in accordance with the attached fee schedule, for a lump sum fee of$27,475. Services that need to be performed in addition to the tasks listed above will first be reviewed for scope and effort with the Cit�r staff, Council liaison, or Council and charged in accordance with our 2019 fee schedule. We plan on being at your March 5th City Council meeting to discuss this proposal and, if needed, adjust it so we can provide you the responsive, economical, useful, and efficient service.
