Periodic <br /> flushing of hydrants on the south end of our distribution system kept fresh water in the <br /> tower and helped avoid significant ice buildup. <br /> 9) Spring Lake Engineering and Total Control Systems upgraded the PLC's and <br /> programming software in the water treahnent plant process control system during the <br /> week of February 11-15. They will be back in the next month or two to upgrade the <br /> radio system and replace the variable frequency drives on the high service pumps.
