Operations and Maintenance: isms /100 ml 54,000 gallons (Design — 121,795 gal/day) 62,000 gallons 44,000 gallons 1,676,000 gallons • The monthly MPCA Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) was completed and submitted. • Pond I has an even 2' of sludge in the bottom. Pond 2 has less than 3" uneven sludge distribution in it. I have closed off all but minimal air to pond two, and will aerate pond 1 as aggressively as the system will allow this winter to try and reduce the sludge off the bottom thus reducing the natural odors associated with ponds in the spring. Two feet of sludge is a lot of solids' taking up space, this reduces the ponds capacity by two feet thus compounding the problems with noxious odors and decreased pond efficiencies. • Pulled pumps 1 & 2 on Brown and heath lift, Rags in Both Pumps. • Pulled Pump 2 in the Main Lift station, High Amp draws. Nothing there, replaced pump amp draw returned to normal. Sometime the material falls out of the impellers as you raise them. • Replaced Pump 2 in Trailside Estates lift station with the spare one. There is no longer a spare. We have now started a policy of using "lock tight" on all bolts on lift station pumps, as a precautionary measure. • Cleaned three lift stations with Honey wagon; Main lift, Brown & heath, and Pro - Build.
