Bob Needham, Arlene Czech and Tina and
Garry Grewe all agreed with the per lot assessment approach.
Council Member Malecha stated that she felt it was not appropriate
for the City's taxpayers to pay for improving a road that is not
located within our community especially at a time when budgets are
tight.
It was the consensus to present the assessments on a per parcel
basis. It was also the consensus to provide options of Wildlife Trail
alone, North Sleutter alone, or a combination of both.
11. City Clerk's Report
`.
