BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Crow Wing County, Minnesota <br />DATE: October 13, 2009 RESOLUTION 92009 -77 <br />OFFERED BY COMMISSIONERS: Houge and Nystrom <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING A SEGMENT OF COUNTY ROAD 107 <br />WHEREAS, a segment of County Road 107 located in the SE1 /4 of Section 35, T136N, R29W and Government <br />Lot 1, Section 2, TI 35N, R29W is a direct continuation of Wilderness Road, a joint City of Pequot Lakes and City of <br />Nisswa roadway, and <br />WHEREAS, this segment of County Road 107 is relatively in the same condition as Wilderness Road, and <br />WHEREAS, this portion, being known as Wilderness Road (also known as Old County Road 107) from a <br />connection to County Road 107 near the southwest corner of the SE1 /4 of Section 35, T1 36N, R29W and proceeding to <br />the east along the south line of said SE1 14 to a continuance point of Wilderness Road near the southeast corner of the <br />SE1 /4, Section 35, TI 36N, R29W, is no longer essential to Crow Wing County, and <br />WHEREAS, this portion of roadway is along the common line between the cities of Pequot Lakes and Nisswa, <br />and both cities are in agreement of said revocation, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this portion of County Road 107 be revoked by Crow Wing County <br />and shall revert to the cities of Pequot Lakes and Nisswa, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 163.11, and acts <br />amendatory thereto. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />COUNTYOF CROW WNGj <br />I, Timothy J.
