Pequot Lakes also made a motion on April 7, 2009 to accept the turn back of this segment. <br />The enclosed county resolution finalizes all the necessary paperwork to complete the jurisdictional <br />change, and as of the date of this letter, this segment of roadway is now considered a city street on the <br />Pequot Lakes /Nisswa line. Both cities now have all road authority responsibilities related to said road. If <br />you have any questions related to the action or with the roadway itself, now or in the future, feel free to <br />contact our office. <br />A similar letter has also been provided to the City of Nisswa.
