The minimum lot width for guest quarters in the Shoreline Residential zone is <br /> i8o feet. <br /> 5. The subject property is served by a private deep well and new septic system. <br /> 6. The applicant has established that there are practical difficulties in complying <br /> with the Code. Topography and drainage does not allow additions to the north or <br /> west of the existing dwelling. The septic tank is i2 feet from the south side of the <br /> dwelling. <br /> �. The deviation from the Code will still be in harmony with the general purposes <br /> and intent of the City Code and Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 8.
