RESOLUTION 10 -26 ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS AND /OR GRANTS FROM AUGUST 27, 2010 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 24, 2010 3.6. REQUEST TO CLOSE CLERK'S OFFICE ON NOVEMBER 26 COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. 3.1. 9/7/2010 Regular City Council Minutes The Clerk distributed a copy of a Memo to the City Council from George Selvestra dated October 5, 2010, and a five -page document referring to the discussion at the September 7h Council meeting. The Clerk noted that Mr. George Selvestra is requesting to amend the September 7, 2010, Council minutes to include comments which he has presented to the Council. Mr. Selvestra has also requested to include two documents as part of the official record from the 9/7/2010 Council Meeting. The Clerk stated that she has reviewed the audio tape of the meeting and the draft minutes and believes that the minutes accurately reflect the discussion and action that took place at the Council meeting. She further noted that items to be made a part of the record must be available to the Council and public during the actual meeting and cannot be made part of the minutes after the fact. The Clerk informed the Council that all of the information that was presented to the City by the neighborhood prior to the 9/7/2010 Council meeting was included in the official record of the City. Council Member Ryan stated he has not had a chance to review the request by Mr. George Selvestra. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO TABLE APPROVAL OF THE 9/7/2010 MINUTES UNTIL HE HAS A CHANCE TO REVIEW THE COMMENTS PRESENTED BY MR. GEORGE SELVESTRA. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. 9/7/2010 Closed Meeting Minutes COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE SEPTEMBER 7, 2010, CLOSED MEETING MINUTES. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION.
