A consensus of the <br /> Council agreed to this change in the 2019 Preliminary Budget. <br /> f. General Building — Operating Supplies, review the increase of$1,000 <br /> for the new Trailside Park building. A consensus of the Council agreed <br /> to remove this item from the 2019 Preliminary Budget. <br /> g. General Building — Contract Services, review the increase of$200 for <br /> the new Trailside Park building expenses. A consensus of the Council <br /> agreed to remove this item from the 2019 Preliminary Budget. <br /> h. General Building — Electricity, review the increase of$2,000 for the <br /> new Trailside Park building. A consensus of the Council agreed to <br /> remove this item from the 2019 Preliminary Budget. <br /> i. General Building — Heating, review the increase of$1,000 for the new <br /> Trailside Park building. A consensus of the Council agreed to remove <br /> this item from the 2019 Preliminary Budget. <br /> j. General Building — Capital Outlay, decrease by $5,000-$8,000 for <br /> signage at City Hall and the Public Works Facility (utilizing fund <br /> balance). <br /> MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO DECREASE THE GENERAL <br /> BUILDING — CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET BY$5,000. MOTION <br /> FAILED DUE TO LACK OF A SECOND. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO DECREASE THE <br /> GENERAL BUILDING — CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET BY$7,000. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 4-1. MAYOR ADAMS OPPOSED. <br />
