COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0 MOTION AS AMENDED CARRIED 5-0. d. Administration—Telephone, decrease by$2,500. A consensus of the Council agreed to this change in the 2019 Preliminary Budget. e. Administration — Dues/Licensing/Subscriptions, increase by$150 to account for Adobe software license renewals. A consensus of the Council agreed to this change in the 2019 Preliminary Budget. f. General Building — Operating Supplies, review the increase of$1,000 for the new Trailside Park building. A consensus of the Council agreed to remove this item from the 2019 Preliminary Budget. g. General Building — Contract Services, review the increase of$200 for the new Trailside Park building expenses. A consensus of the Council agreed to remove this item from the 2019 Preliminary Budget. h. General Building — Electricity, review the increase of$2,000 for the new Trailside Park building. A consensus of the Council agreed to remove this item from the 2019 Preliminary Budget. i. General Building — Heating, review the increase of$1,000 for the new Trailside Park building. A consensus of the Council agreed to remove this item from the 2019 Preliminary Budget. j. General Building — Capital Outlay, decrease by $5,000-$8,000 for signage at City Hall and the Public Works Facility (utilizing fund balance). MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO DECREASE THE GENERAL BUILDING — CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET BY$5,000. MOTION FAILED DUE TO LACK OF A SECOND. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO DECREASE THE GENERAL BUILDING — CAPITAL OUTLAY BUDGET BY$7,000. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-1. MAYOR ADAMS OPPOSED.
