Park Commission Minutes <br />August 12, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />\.1 ------------------- - - - - -- <br />6. Trailside Park — (Vendors) <br />Discussion was held regarding not letting vendors use the North end of <br />the park because of the water sprinklers. The Commission would like the <br />Council to make a resolution stating no vendors allowed in the North end <br />of the park. <br />COMMISSIONER CLEMENT MOVED TO APPROVE THE DISCISSION <br />TO NOT ALLOW VENDORS IN THE NORTH END OF THE TRAILSIDE <br />PARK. COMMISSIONER JURCHEN SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />7. Other Business <br />Discussion was held regarding the North East corner of the park and <br />what they could do with that area. Another park was suggested. The <br />Commission discussed talking with the DNR to find out exactly what <br />space could be used. <br />Also discussed possibly black topping the current parking area so it <br />would get used more for the picnic shelter. <br />8. Adjournment <br />There being no further business, COMMISSIONER JOHNSON MOVED <br />TO ADJOURN THE MEETING. COMMISSIONER DEN HARTOG <br />SECONDED THE MOTION.
