Consideration of Purchase of Outlot A, Branches <br /> Nancy Malecha explained Crow Wing County would like to reclassify <br /> Outlot A, Branches Plat to Non-Conservation so that it may be sold in a <br /> future auction. Ms. Malecha stated Staff is recommending the City obtain <br /> Outlot A by direct sale in the amount of$2,679.25 using the Public Works <br /> Capital Outlay Fund so it can continue to be used as an access to the <br /> Paul Bunyan State Trail. <br />
