Generally <br />precludes commercial uses. Excludes residential use except for owner caretaker <br />purposes on or adjoining the lot concerned. <br />F means Future District- an area so zoned will temporarily allow use therein <br />identical with that allowed under Agricultural except the minimum parcel <br />size shall be forty acres. Such areas are to be considered as available for <br />future re- zoning. In general_,. such re- zoning shall be considered for the <br />whole district or in units of approximately 160 acres or over and small port- <br />ions will not be given favorable consideration for re- zoning. <br />U means Public Utilities District. <br />WD means Waste Disposal District - For use for _anitary landfills, other solid <br />waste disposal areas; sewage treatment plants, approved industrial waste <br />disposal site, approved honey -wagon disposal sites, and similar type use <br />areas. Requires ample buffer areas surrounding as may be required. Each <br />installation must be designed to exclude any pollution problem of any nature <br />to surrounding property beyond the limits of the buffer area required. <br />AP means Airport District. <br />0 means a Permitted Use. <br />X means a Conditional Use. <br />L SP means a Special Permitted Use. <br />No marking in a column for any Zoning District for the named use means it is <br />not a Permitted Use, nor a Special Permitted Use, nor a Conditional Use. <br />1'� <br />
