Sec. 6.3 PERMITTED USES. Permitted Uses are indicated within the lulassiiicazion <br />List by the Symbol 0 for the Zoning Districts indicated. <br />Sec. 6.4 SPECIAL PERMITTED USES. Special Permitted Uses are indicated within the <br />Classification List by the Symbol SP for the Zoning Districts indicated. <br />Sec. 6.5 CONDITIONAL USES. Conditional Uses are indicated within the Classification <br />List by the symbol X for the Zoning Districts indicated. <br />Sec. 6.6 PROPER PERMITS FIRST REQUIRED. A mandatory pre- requisite before any land <br />can be used, whether a use by a Permitted Use, or a Special Permitted Use, or a <br />Conditional Use, shall be that all permits required by this Ordinance shall first <br />be approved. <br />Sec. 6.7 CLASSIFICATION LIST. The Classification List of Land Uses commence below <br />and continues on the following pages. The abbreviations used as column heading and <br />within the columns are as follows: <br />R means Residential District - Single and two family dwellings; allows some <br />home occupational uses; allows agricultural cropland use; allows a reason- <br />able number of household pets; allows some "Public" uses compatible within <br />such districts; some other uses allowed under Conditional Use Permit but <br />must be generally compatible within such district. <br />RR means Rural Residential District - Same as Residential with additional, <br />limited Agricultural uses allowed, and more uses allowed under Conditional <br />Use Permits. <br />A means Agricultural District - Same as Rural Residential except extensive <br />use for aniamal and poultry production on the entire tract is allowed <br />with fencing allowed to its boundries; allows dairy operations, feedlot <br />operations, poultry farm operations, and other similar operations, generally <br />may allow other incidential occupations conducted on the premises that are <br />not normally considered home occupations, if permitted under a Conditional <br />Use Permit; does not allow "Public" or Industrial uses, but may allow <br />Commercial use that is incidental to its Agricultural use; all other uses <br />allowed under a Conditional Use Permit, if issued must be generally compatible <br />within the district. <br />G means Green Space District - Rural parks, rural campgrounds, forested <br />recreational areas, memorial forests, game refuges, game management areas, <br />industrial forests, large acreage seasonal camp operations, and similar <br />type uses whether privately or publicly owned. Allows agricultural crop- <br />land use and timber cropland use; allows use for pasture for farm animals <br />and poultry; allows seasonal residences for single family use; allows seasonal <br />use of portions for tents, campers, trailers, and similar temporary portable <br />shelter if all other conditions or requirements of this Ordinance are met. <br />B means Buffer District - An area or strip of whatever size as it may be <br />determine. to serve as a buffer between two incompatible zoning districts; <br />the zoning order setting such Buffer Districts shall prescribe the limits <br />of its use; allows for roads between zoning districts for ingress and egress <br />between such districts; allows agricultural cropland use and timber cropland <br />use generally. <br />CI means Commercial I District - Allows commercial uses normally found in down- <br />town areas of an urban community, such as shopping centers, cafes, bakery <br />sales, banks, loan offices, broadcasting studios, bus depot, grocery store, <br />sporting goods store and the like. Allows front outside showing of wares <br />only for hand carried items normally stored overnight.
