Commissioner Birch stated the south end of Patriot Avenue is the most logical location <br /> for additional commercial development. <br /> Commissioner Hallan agreed and stated if the business park is extended to the south the <br /> area along Patriot will be targeted for additional commercial development due to its <br /> proximity to the business park. Also, its pro�rimity to the wastewater ponds make it , <br /> more conducive for development. ', <br /> Mr. Burslie asked about other chan es the commission members have noticed due to the I <br /> g <br /> realignment. <br /> Commissioner Savino stated early on there was a 25%reduction in business. �I <br /> Commissioner Birch stated he is now able to easily cross Patriot Avenue when walking <br /> due to the decreased traffic. I <br /> North Patriot Ave. I�' <br /> Commissioner Hallan stated there was a commercial area platted many years ago that <br /> was never developed. He stated there is limited traffic in the area now due to the � <br /> realignment. '�i <br /> Commissioner Birch stated he does not envision commercial development along the ', <br /> north corridor of Patriot Avenue in the future. '�, <br /> Grow Zone ' <br /> Commissioner Hallan asked if there is a need to e�rtend the grow zone 2-3 blocks along � <br /> Main Street to the east.
