All members voted"aye". Motion <br /> carried. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: ', <br /> a. Short-term Rental Ordinance I <br /> Commissioner Hallan reviewed the draft ordinance he prepared. I <br /> Commissioner Birch stated he had concerns with the limited number of rental periods �, <br /> and the lengthy licensing process. He stated the ordinance would essentially turn short- i <br /> term rentals into a prohibited use because most owners would not want to go through , <br /> the process. He stated i4 rental days per calendar month could be used. '� <br /> e in favor of increasin the number of rental I'� <br /> Commissioner Norton stated he would b g <br /> days allowed but still limit it.
