Shovel Ready Certification <br /> Tim Houle stated there is a lot of investigation paper work to be done and <br /> Widseth Smith Nolting will be meeting with Nancy Malecha to continue <br /> moving this process forward. <br /> d. Video <br /> Tim Houle stated Widseth Smith Nolting has met with BlazeAir and are � <br /> negotiating to obtain some video footage from them to use and would also <br /> like to use their drone expertise. Mr. Houle emphasized that the majority � <br /> of the video will be to portray a vision of what the Heart of the Good Life <br /> Development has to offer and will not have a tot of video footage of local � <br /> events. I <br /> Discussion ensued about the vision of the video and whether it should be i <br /> customizable to make changes as the development progresses in the <br /> future, whether the City wants to dictate the type of businesses to target � <br /> for the development and what would be available for additional housing <br /> opportunities in the area. <br /> Chair Jurchen commended the Council for moving forward with the Heart � <br /> of the Good Life Development and shared that he would like the video to <br /> show how great the area is to live in as well as have a business. <br /> Discussion took place about the video script and it was suggested to add <br /> how conveniently located the development location is in retrospect to <br /> State Highway 371. <br /> Council Member Swanson inquired how and to whom the video will be <br /> presented. Tim Houle stated the video will be on several websites and can 'I <br /> be sent via email with a clip of the video attached. Tyler Glynn with , <br /> BLAEDC added it will also be on the Minnesota Employment and ' <br /> Economic Development website under Shovel-Ready Certified Sites. <br /> Nancy Malecha pointed out that when the City is ready to begin the <br /> marketing outreach plan she will come back to the EDC and ask for input <br /> regarding the focal points and requested a list of suggestions. Ms. I <br /> Malecha shared the video production schedule stating WSN is hoping to <br /> have the video ready to go by mid-November. <br />
