COMMISSIONER LINDHOLM SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 5. Heart of the Good Life Development <br /> a. Marketing Packet <br /> Nancy Malecha presented the marketing packet stating it is still a work in <br /> progress and there are areas that wiU need to be updated. <br /> Commission discussion included adding information about housing, <br /> schools, churches, workforce, and retail sales to draw in potential <br /> business owners. <br /> b. Utilities & Roadway Extensions Study <br /> Tim Houle presented an improvement layout map of the Heart of the Good <br /> Life Development showing estimated potential costs of infrastructure and <br /> possible stages of development. <br /> Commission discussion included formulating a real cost per acre of the <br /> lots in addition to the projected infrastructure costs. <br /> c. Shovel Ready Certification <br /> Tim Houle stated the City Council approved the Shovel Ready <br /> Certification process and Widseth Smith Nolting will be setting up <br /> meetings with Nancy Malecha to discuss this effort. <br /> d. Video <br /> Nancy Malecha noted there were only two companies that provided all of <br /> the components requested for a video marketing quote for the Heart of the <br /> Good Life Development. She stated that time is of the essence to include <br /> all four seasons in the video. <br /> COMMISSIONER HOLLEY MOVED TO ACCEPT THE QUOTE FROM <br /> WIDSETH SMITH NOLTING DUE TO THEIR CURRENT AVAILABILITY <br /> OF CITY INFORMATION WHICH WILL ALLOW FOR EXPEDIENCY OF <br />
