Mr. Woog noted that if the property owners were notified
that they are able to subdivide and sell their lots this would allow for
additional businesses where the City currently has utilities available.
Commissioner Lindholm thanked Mr. Woog for bringing this to the
attention of the EDC stating they have been concentrating on a long term
plan with the Heart of the Good Life Development rather than looking at
the opportunities for additional businesses where there are already utilities
and services available.
