ORDINANCE NUMBER�8- SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP'I'ER��OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISIONS <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNZ'Y OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter <br /> i�of the Pequot Lakes City Code regarding Metes and Bounds Subdivisions. <br /> Amendment: Chapter i�,Article 9.4 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section i�-9.4 DESIGN LAYOUT STANDARDS-MINIMLTM <br /> 8. Each lot I�s�_t��at� lu ac;res shall have a minimum of 33 feet of frontage on a <br /> designated right of way. Commonly owned property or <br /> Green Space used for access in a Planned Unit Development shall have a minimum <br /> of 33 feet of frontage on a public right of way. <br /> Amendment: Chapter i�,Article 1i.9 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section i�-ii.q SUBDIVISIONS <br /> 5. Metes and Bounds Subdivision Approval, Subdivisions less than lo acres in <br /> size or less than 50o feet in width. <br /> E. The Planning Commission shall decide on the subdivision within the <br /> required time based on the resulting lots complying with this <br /> Chapter, the feasibility of the resulting lots for their intended <br /> purpose, and the provision for access to adjacent properties. <br /> Conditions may be attached to an approval requiring appropriate <br /> improvements.
