<br /> � roadways, storm water management systems, and lot development plans. He conducts field
<br /> — inspections, interprets design criteria, develops and reviews site plans and designs, develops
<br /> special provisions for construction, and coordinates plans and designs with clients. He is
<br /> responsible for design of an array of civil engineering projects, including new subdivisions, lot
<br /> and bullding layouts, water and sewer systems, wastewater treatment systems, storm sewers,
<br /> - and street and highway improvements.
