Elgtn, lowa 52141 CONTRACT THIS AGREEMENT made this 27th dav of June 2018 by and between CENTRAL TANK COATINGS,INC.of Elgin, Iowa, hereinafter called CONTRACTOR and CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES MN hereinafter called the OWNER. WITNESSETH-IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS: Contractor hereby agrees to fur�ish labor, insurance, material and use of equipment to perform the following work: Exterior surfaces of the 200.000 gallon elevated water tank,balcony and all other framework to be cleaned in accordance with the latest revisions of the Steel Structures Painting Council for Surface Preparation Specifications No. 2,Hand Cleaning,and painted one intermediate coat of Tnemec Series 118 Uni-Bond Mastic paint and one complete finish coat of Tnemec Series 1074 Polyurethane paint.From the bottom of the bowl to the equator of the tank to be Red and from the equator to the bottom of the hand rail to be White. Handrail on top of the tank to be painted Red. Logo wili have"PEQUOT" in Red above the equator and"LAKES" below the equator in White and to be palnted in the same spots as the appear currently 2ank................ ,.- .............................................................................. Furnish and install a 3ft wide by 5ft tall tube,to simulate the top of a bobber,which will include a 32x24 inch oval access hatch to allow easy accessibllity from dry tube to tank roof........................................................:: To be pressu�e washed using 3500 Its. psi. The present sign on tank to be repainted the same as it now appears. Owner to help in blocking streets and moving cars. Co�Vactor guarantees all work performed under this contract for a period of 2 years from the date of acceptance by the Owner and in the event any faulty materials or workmanship are found within this period,Contractor shall place in a satisfactory condition all such work when notified by the Owner without expense to the Owner.
