Ms. Malecha explained <br /> it does not need to be presented to the Planning Commission as long as it <br /> meets all of the requirements of the ordinance noting it is an over-the- <br /> counter application and permit. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO APPROVE THE V- <br /> STRUCTURE SIGN DESIGN PRESENTED FROM UPLAND <br /> ADVERTISING 8� DESIGN TO BE PLACED IN THE CITY'S ROW <br /> IRRIGATION FIELD WITH A TOTAL COST OF $13,934 TO BE PAID <br /> FOR FROM THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BUDGET ($500)WITH <br /> THE REMAINING BALANCE TO BE PAID FROM THE CITY'S FUND <br /> BALANCE.
