COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 6.5. Enforcement Policv <br /> A. Adopt Policy <br /> Nancy Malecha stated the City Council had directed Staff to streamline the <br /> enforcement of Code violations and the Planning Commission is <br /> unanimously recommending adoption of#he Policy for Enforcement of <br /> Administrative Penalties which has been reviewed by the City Attomey. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO ADOPT THE POLICY FOR <br /> ENFORCEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOT10N CARRIED <br /> 3-0. <br /> B. Ordinance Amendment <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKC?TA MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 7, ARTICLE 1 OF THE ENFORCEMENT <br /> OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES AND ISSUANCE OF PENALTIES <br /> RELATED TO THESE OFFENSES ORDINANCE. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> SWANSON SECONDED THE MOT10N. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> C. Fee Schedule Revision <br /> Nancy Malecha explained the 2018 Fee Schedule would need to be <br /> amended to include the administrative penalties and offsite signage fees. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO AMEND THE 2018 FEE <br /> SCHEDULE AS PRESENTED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES <br /> AND OFFSITE SIGNAGE. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 6.6. Communitv Sign Proposal from Sign Committee <br /> Nancy Malecha presented the two sign design proposals from Upland <br /> Advertising & Design for a sign to be placed in the City's row irrigation <br /> field. Ms. Malecha added the sign and the landscaping would be owned <br /> and maintained by the City and would be paid for by the City. Ms. <br /> Malecha stated there was an increase in cost from the original quote due <br />
